The main component of cleaning agents is surfactants, which account for approximately 5% to 30% of household cleaning agent formulations. According to dosage and variety, anionic surfactants are used more frequently, followed by non-ionic surfactants, and zwitterionic surfactants are rarely used. Cationic surfactants have high adsorption capacity on fibers, low washing power, and are expensive, often not used. Sometimes cationic surfactants are also added to cleaning agents to enhance their disinfection ability.
A good precision industrial cleaning agent must meet the following conditions:
① Stable chemical performance, not easily reacting with the cleaned material;
② Low surface tension and viscosity, strong permeability;
③ Low boiling point, can dry on its own;
④ No flash point, non flammable;
⑤ The KB value should not be too high to avoid compatibility with the cleaned material;
⑥ Low toxicity, safe to use;
⑦ Non ODS and low GWP values (global warming potential), environmentally friendly.
